As a recognized business and community leader, Doug Larkin successfully completed the FBI Citizens’ Academy, which includes instruction on organized crime and drug investigations, national foreign counterintelligence, counterterrorism, civil rights and more. The graduation ceremony was held Saturday, April 8, at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia with a graduating class of 30 people.
